Production is organised around the processes a part actually needs — mixing, extrusion, moulding, finishing and inspection — with the approved sample as the reference for every repeat order.
Compound Mixing
Raw polymer, fillers and curatives mixed to the compound specification approved for the part.
Extrusion
Continuous profiles, cords, hose sections and PVC sections produced from dedicated dies.
Moulding
Compression and injection moulding of rubber parts, including rubber-to-metal bonded components.
Plastic & Blow Moulding
Injection moulded plastic parts and blow moulded tanks and containers.
Finishing
Deflashing, trimming, cutting to length and assembly where the part is supplied fitted.
Inspection
Dimensional and visual inspection against the approved drawing or reference sample before packing.
