Quality

Consistency is decided before the first part is made.

Quality control runs from incoming material through to the approved sample, so a repeat order behaves the same way as the part that was signed off.

01

Material Verification

Incoming raw material and compound checked against the specification approved for the part.

02

In-Process Control

Mixing, extrusion and curing parameters monitored through the production run.

03

Dimensional Inspection

Finished components measured against the approved drawing or reference sample.

04

Visual Inspection

Surface, flash, bonding and finish assessed before packing.

05

Functional Testing

Checks appropriate to the product and its service condition.

06

Documented Approval

Sample approval recorded before series production is released.
