A Drawing
A released 2D drawing or 3D data with the dimensions and tolerances you need held.
A Sample
An existing part — new, worn or imported — that can be measured and re-engineered.
An Application
No drawing and no sample: describe where the part sits and what it has to do.
Requirement Review
We go through fitment, working conditions, quantity and any documentation you need.
Compound Selection
Material chosen against fluid contact, temperature, pressure, load and expected service life.
Tooling
Mould or extrusion die developed against the agreed drawing.
Sampling
First-off samples produced and submitted for your assessment.
Approval
Sample signed off, with any correction made before release.
Series Production
Repeat production against the approved sample and process settings.
