HNBR Seals

Hydrogenated nitrile seals for higher temperature and pressure than standard NBR.

HNBR Seals is produced within our high resilience seals & o-rings range. Dimensions, section and material are set against your drawing, your sample or the fitment the part has to match — nothing is supplied to a fixed catalogue size unless you ask for one.

High resilience sealing elements are produced where standard compounds will not hold up to the fluid, temperature or recovery requirement — typically fuel, oil, chemical or high-temperature positions.

Compound selection is driven by the medium in contact with the seal, the working temperature band and the compression set behaviour required over service life.
