Fuel Hoses is produced within our automotive rubber hoses range. Dimensions, section and material are set against your drawing, your sample or the fitment the part has to match — nothing is supplied to a fixed catalogue size unless you ask for one.

Millat Rubber manufactures automotive hoses to OEM drawings and to aftermarket reference dimensions. Hoses are produced by extrusion and mandrel moulding, with reinforcement plies selected according to the pressure, temperature and fluid the hose will carry.

Each hose profile begins from a customer drawing, an existing sample or a measured reference part. Compounds are then matched to the service condition — coolant, oil, fuel vapour, charge air or vacuum — before tooling is produced.
