Product Development
For proper Design & Development our CNC and TWSP teams carry out all the activities of Mould and Mandrel development. The Automotive Core Tools are therefore proven and required methods for quality planning and control.
Material R&D
We develop rubber compounds for OEMs as per their specifications and develop compounds for other customers as per SAEs, DIN, ASTM D2000 available line call out as per international nomenclature by using sulfur and per-oxide based curing system. A dedicated team of engineers and chemists are working on developing advanced materials to meet challenges and enhance product durability and performance.
Testing Facilities
Our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & PNAC accredited materials testing lab are capable enough to meet your testing needs. Rubber hardness is checked by ASTM D2240:2015 by using digital durometer with mounted on stand which designed on JIS k 6253.
